Unit Style & Floor Layout
Villa Maria offers a total of
twenty-six different floor plans, with varying layouts and dimensions
ranging from 386 to 900 square-feet. Studio, One-Bedroom and
Two-Bedroom apartments are available. All apartments feature a
full bath, some available with walk-in showers. There is an
emergency pull-cord in every bedroom and bathroom. Heat, water,
housekeeping, trash removal and transportation are included in the
rent. The Villa Maria Admissions Director can help you in selecting
the floor plan that best suites your needs and preferences.
