At Villa Maria Retirement Community we offer both Independent Living and Independent Living with Care Services.
Independent Living
Residents that can manage all of the activities of daily living are considered Independent. Within the Independent program Villa Maria offers many amenities and features that make life a little easier:
- Spacious studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments
- Choice of meal plans
- Housekeeping every other week
- Full activity schedule
- Scheduled transportation
- On-site laundry
Independent Plus
Should a resident desire or require additional health care services, Villa Maria can cater a specialized care plan to fit their needs. These services are provided in the comfort of the residents’ own apartment and are offered on an a la carte basis. Our professional in-home health care providers can assist with most of the activities of daily living including:
- Medication Management
- Maintaining Environment
- Meals/Activity Escorts
- Bathing
- Toileting
- Diagnostics
- Dressing
- Room Checks/Reminders
No matter what types of care a resident may need, all residents are encouraged to continue their lifetime interests and hobbies. The creation and development of our programs have evolved to promote a supportive environment for all of our residents.
